This is actually the petal part of the flower display component. The effect that the customer wants is to achieve a natural flower color gradient effect with a silver background. To achieve this effect, a series of processes are required. First, the base color of the board is transparent. Secondly, we will screen print the blue light and shadow of the petals gradient on the surface of the board, and then perform vacuum forming. Since vacuum forming is a stretching process, the heating temperature of a certain area needs to be controlled during the forming process to control the stretching effect. The blue area on the surface will form different degrees of stretching, and finally spray silver paint, which perfectly meets the customer’s requirements.
For Complex Display Items/Pendants
This is a relatively large map, with a size of 3*3 m. The complex and difficult part of this project is that the stretching is not controlled in the vacuum forming process and the map has a large number of contour lines. First we divided the product into four parts, the smaller size the higher degree of control.
