Large Product Services

We manufacture large and complex vacuum-formed parts, with engineering support from prototype to production. Our largest CNC machining and trimming capability is 5000 × 2500 mm. Maximum vacuum-formed product size is confirmed after engineering review of the material, geometry, draw depth and tooling.

This is a car body shell we manufactured for a domestic company, with a maximum length of 2,500mm. We provided comprehensive technical support throughout the vacuum forming design process, including optimization for lightweight performance, durability, and surface finish. It was also essential to ensure that the dimensions and tolerances of each assembly component were kept within reasonable limits, allowing for smooth fitting and assembly in later stages.

For large-sized products like this, we strictly control the thickness and forming width of each part. In some cases, manual edge trimming is required to maintain consistency in both appearance and structure.

As a result, the overall vehicle mass was reduced by 10% compared to the initial design. This highlights one of the key advantages of vacuum forming—lightweighting. We are able to reduce weight while maintaining structural strength, and provide customers with timely, practical solutions tailored to their needs.

We specialize in providing high quality vacuum molded plastic products to all kinds of companies around the world, and support a variety of certifications and tests that meet international standards. Located in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China, our convenient transportation network enables us to provide fast logistics and ensure on-time delivery to every customer.

This product is a toy car front part that we manufactured for a domestic toy company. As shown, it features a combination of multiple colors. The customer had high standards for the appearance, requiring a seamless look and a glossy surface finish. Our spraying workshop and skilled technicians fully met these requirements, and the final product turned out exactly as expected — the customer was very satisfied with the result.

During production, we pre-assembled and polished all components in advance. By coordinating with the factory’s actual production schedule, we successfully shortened the overall order lead time by 5%.
