Can you achieve IP67 with thermoforming?
IP65 is routine; IP67 is achievable with proper gasket groove design, mating flange flatness, and fastener torque spec. We’ll review your target and recommend design changes at DFM.
What’s the UV service life on your FR-ABS?
Qualified UV-stabilized FR-ABS grades deliver 10+ years of color retention and mechanical properties per ASTM G155. We select grades matched to your deployment region (tropical, desert, temperate).
Do you support UL 2594 / UL 2202 enclosure certification?
We build enclosures from UL Yellow Card materials and provide test samples for your UL submission. We do not hold UL listings on finished assemblies — that’s typically held by the OEM.
Can you integrate EMI shielding?
Yes, via conductive coatings (nickel, copper) or laminated shielding layers applied as a secondary operation.
What’s the max panel size you can form?
2500mm x 1500mm in a single shot for DC fast charger front panels. Larger assemblies can be joined with welded or bonded seams.
