1. Material Receiving and Storage
5,000+ tons of plastic sheet inventory. Direct relationships with sheet suppliers (not converters). FIFO storage with environmental control. Material certificates retained for every lot for 7 years.
Featured equipment: Climate-controlled warehouse, 30 sheet types in stock, automated rack retrieval for high-volume programs.
2. Thermoforming Production Floor
64 thermoforming machines spanning thin-gauge (1-2mm) to heavy-gauge (up to 12mm). Forming bed sizes from 600 × 600mm up to 5000 × 2500mm (one of the largest in China).

Post-form trimming via CNC routers, water-jet, and ultrasonic blades. Hole drilling, edge finishing, painting, printing, ultrasonic welding.

- Day 1: Welcome, factory tour, engineering Q&A, business dinner
- Day 2: Process deep-dive on your part type, quality system review, sample run if scheduled
- Day 3: Specific topic deep-dive (tooling, materials, regulatory) and program kickoff if applicable
Logistics handled: airport pickup, hotel reservation (3-5 star options near factory), translator on demand, dietary accommodations. Travel cost is customer’s responsibility; on-site costs (meals, transport, conference rooms) are ours.

Factory Tour FAQ
Do you allow customers to visit during a sample run?
Yes — for program awards we coordinate visit timing to coincide with first-article production. You can witness the full process from sheet load to first part inspection. Standard for major medical and automotive Tier-1 customers.
Can I bring my engineering team?
Absolutely. Most customer visits include 2-5 engineers from quality, mechanical, and procurement. We arrange separate technical breakouts so each can dive into their area. Larger groups (10+) require advance scheduling.
Are videos and photos allowed during the visit?
Yes for general factory shots. We ask for restraint around customer-specific tooling (other customers’ confidential designs are visible in tool storage). Photography of QC processes and our equipment encouraged.
What language is used during the tour?
English by default. Engineering and quality team speak professional English. Translation to Chinese available if you bring local team. Other languages (German, Spanish, Portuguese, French) handled on request.
How far in advance should I schedule?
Virtual tour: 3-5 business days advance notice. On-site visit: 2-3 weeks for visa/hotel/agenda preparation. Emergency visits possible if travel logistics permit.
What’s the visa situation for visits to China?
Most visitors need a business visa (M-class). We provide the official invitation letter required for visa application. Process takes 5-15 business days depending on country. Some countries (Singapore, Brunei, Japan) have visa-free access for short business visits.
