Our state-of-the-art facility houses 16 thermoforming machines capable of handling large-format parts up to 5000 × 2500 × 1000 mm. After forming, each dashboard undergoes meticulous CNC trimming using one of our 28 CNC machines, ensuring exact fitment for vehicle assembly. Finally, dashboards are treated in our paint booths to achieve the required surface finish, whether it’s matte, gloss, or textured.
