Precision Tooling for Transport Cases

To begin the creation of our transport cases, we employ advanced tooling techniques. Our in-house mold CNC machines allow for rapid tool production within 7–15 days, accommodating parts up to 5000 × 2500 × 1000 mm. Utilizing top-quality engineering thermoplastics like ABS, PC, and HDPE, we maintain a sheet thickness range from 0.5 to 12 mm, ensuring the structural integrity necessary for protective transport cases.

Thermoforming Process: Heat and Form

Once tooling is complete, our thermoforming process begins. We use one of our 16 advanced thermoforming machines to heat the plastic sheets until pliable. These sheets are then vacuum-formed over the custom molds. Our precise control of temperature and forming parameters ensures each case maintains its dimensional stability, a crucial factor for protective transport solutions.

CNC Trimming and Datum Precision

Post-forming, each transport case undergoes meticulous CNC trimming using our 16 five-axis and 28 CNC trimming machines. This stage is crucial for defining precise dimensions and ensuring each case meets tight tolerances of ±0.5 mm. Accurate trimming ensures cases fit perfectly with any mounting or accessory components, critical for seamless integration in various industries.

Robust Finishing for Industrial Applications

Our transport cases receive a robust finish via our four dedicated paint booths, where custom coatings can be applied for additional protection and branding. Whether the requirement is for UV resistance, impact resistance, or specific color finishes, we provide tailored solutions, enhancing the durability and appearance of each case.
