How long does thermoforming tooling take?

Our fastest tooling lead time is 7 days from approved drawings to first article samples. Standard tooling takes 2-3 weeks depending on complexity. All tooling is made in-house.

What materials can DitaiPlastic thermoform?

We work with ABS, PC (polycarbonate), PETG, HDPE, PP, ASA, acrylic (PMMA), and specialty materials. Sheet thickness is material- and geometry-dependent. Final starting gauge is confirmed during DFM review.

Do you offer DFM review?

Yes, free DFM (Design for Manufacturability) review is included with every quote. Our engineers review your drawings for draft angles, wall thickness, undercuts, and material selection before committing to tooling.

Can DitaiPlastic handle confidential OEM projects?
