How It Is Made
At DitaiPlastic, our process begins with plastic sheet extrusion. Once prepared, these sheets are thermoformed using advanced vacuum and pressure forming techniques, ensuring consistent wall thickness. Within our 20,000 m² facility, additional precision is achieved through in-house mold and tooling fabrication, tailored to the customer's design. Post-thermoforming, each piece undergoes accurate multi-axis CNC trimming. Finally, customized painting aligns with brand requirements, creating cohesive presentations that reflect the client’s brand aesthetic.
