Share your large or complex vacuum-formed part requirements. Our engineering team supports material selection, tooling and finishing with in-house manufacturing from prototype to production.
- Material & forming approach
- Your application, part geometry and surface requirements.
- Fit & manufacturing details
- Attachment features, trimming and how the part fits with the rest of your assembly.
- Quotation scope
- Tooling, samples and production requirements—and any details we still need to confirm.
No final drawings? Start with what you have.

Complete the required contact and project fields and attach a CAD drawing, sketch or reference image. Phone / WhatsApp is optional.
Need an NDA? Start with a non-confidential brief and let us know before sharing sensitive drawings.
The process behind the part
Sheet thickness is only the starting point.
A flat sheet stretches as it takes the shape of the tool. Its thickness therefore changes across the formed part.

- Set the heating conditions
- Heating zones depend on the material, sheet thickness and geometry. We record the settings for each machine and part.
- Measure the formed result
- An ultrasonic gauge checks wall thickness at multiple locations. If an area is too thin, we review the heating conditions and adjust the process.
Need a minimum wall thickness? Mark the area on your drawing so we can review it with you.
Discuss your part with usQuality control on the factory floor
Quality checks at every stage.
We check the sheet, tooling and parts throughout production—not only at the end. Dimensions, colour and finish are checked against the requirements agreed for your project.

- Sheet & material
- We measure thickness and width, and compare colour with the agreed reference. This helps identify variation before the sheet reaches the forming machine.
- Tooling & forming
- Mould dimensions and formed wall thickness need separate checks: the tool defines the shape, while stretching changes the material distribution.
- Trimming & finishing
- Cut dimensions affect how a part fits. We check trimmed features, colour and surface finish, with assembly checks where parts must work together.
If your panel has to fit a frame, include the mating geometry. Mark critical holes, gap requirements and visible faces. Tell us which dimensions are functional and which are cosmetic, so we can discuss the inspection plan before tooling.

Review the brief
We look at the application, drawings and quantities you share.
Clarify the details
We discuss the material, fit and finish requirements that affect manufacturing.
Confirm the next step
We define the quotation scope and identify what needs to be resolved before tooling or sample work.
Before you send
A few practical answers about drawings, files and confidentiality.
No final drawings yet?
That’s fine. Send a photo, sketch or short description, with approximate dimensions if you have them. Tell us which details are still open.
Can I send CAD files?
This form accepts STEP, STP, IGS, IGES, STL, DWG, DXF, PDF, ZIP, JPG, JPEG and PNG files, up to 50 MB per file and 10 files.
Is the project confidential?
Start with a non-confidential description. If you require an NDA, let us know before sending sensitive drawings.
